Not exactly. One C4 won't take it out completely because of how much health they have. Shooting them after a few times will break it though. It's not obvious visually with a lot of the vehicles because of the damage_state sprites not being finished, so some vehicles won't look as damaged as they actually are. Just know that "ALL" vehicles can be destroyed by shooting/slashing ect.

Description of the bug
Broken vehicles in the streets seem to be indestructable. Tried both C4 and the XM51 to no effect.
What's the difference with what should have happened?
Destructable similar to cargo containers or similar.
How do we reproduce this bug?
Place C4 on wreck No effect
