Description of the bug

Burrower was able to pop in and out of the ground repeatedly with no cooldown, bouncing around slashing people unable to be shot

What's the difference with what should have happened?

I believe they are meant to have a short delay before they can burrow?

How do we reproduce this bug?

I have NO idea, it wasnt on weeds, unless there is a change I dont know about this seems insane. The burrower went up and down in the space of maybe 2 seconds five times
