Description of the bug

Shotguns will fire a shell on suicide (help intent mouth) regardless of whether there is a shell chambered or not.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

click! and no shell because there isn't one loaded.

How do we reproduce this bug?

Take shotgun Load, but don't chamber a shell help intent mouth

-This is probably an issue with the other guns that manually chamber bullets too.
