Updates to the plotting script:
[x] Capability to plot 2D histograms (examples in the code)
[x] Capability to plot variable binning plots (both 1D and 2D)
[x] More plotting options:
Definition of samples from command line
Control of
logY
and
logX
flags from command line
Option to plot only signal (relevant for 2D plotting)
