Tested successfully on Windows and Linux.

In Windows I have tested the different combinations of buildMagTenseMEX(USE_RELEASE, USE_CUDA, USE_CVODE). All combinations of USE_RELEASE and USE-CUDA works, but USE_CVODE = 1 does not work. I get the following error:
