Solve the following issues encountered during replacing the knob value in the knob data with the knob value in the recommended last_config:

In the parser, when trying to match the knob names, we used to do exact match. The problem is that the knob names can be with or without the 'global.' prefix and they should be matched.
The knob values of enum type knobs have quotes surrounding, and we need to delete the quotes in order to match the enum value in the catalog.

Fix the workflow of copying results for invalid results:

When creating data files for an invalid result. We use the worst result as the base, and we use the last result to name the files, and we get the recommended last_config from the last result.
