deal with invalid results #373

  1. ignore range_test and default results when running tuning algorithms.
  2. ignore range_test, default, and all invalid results when running knob ranking.
  3. remove verbose Logs of knob and metric values in periodic_task
  4. when all results are invalid, do not apply the penalty.
