If a county of 50,000 people has 150 confirmed cases in the span of a few days, it could be due to rapid spread of the virus in the population, or due to a localized outbreaks (Long-term-care facilities, prisons, slaughterhouses). Epidemiologically these are very different events. Localized outbreaks are responsible for >40% of confirmed cases! Localized outbreaks are now published, together with their county location. We should grab that information and use it, both in viz and in modeling.
