County deaths in Florida are crazy #1468

Looks like they must have dumped a big backlog of deaths, in every single county in Florida. E.g.

This spike hasn't been fixed in subsequent revisions. The data later in 2022 continues to behave very oddly (e.g. see large negative spike), so not clear that this is worth patching. Also maybe worth preserving if we got it like this from JHU. TBD
