Covid: possible exogenous features

try lag 0 and 7

[ ] Definitely: Google symptoms, s04 and s05 (0,7,14)
[ ] Maybe: Doctors visits (not weekday adjusted),
[ ] hospital admissions
Flu: lagged not great (probably only lag 0)
[x] nwss, nssp, one of s01, s03

In addition, we will need to include "ensembles" that take care of the fact that several of these sources have missing dates/locations.
