feat: lineplot, parameter tables #73

This is an update to the shiny plots that does a couple of things:

  1. keep lineplots as lineplots, even if the range is too large. This was causing the plots to be fuzzy because of the size of the points
  2. exclude aheads as an option
  3. 2 tables of the parameters, one for forecasters, one for ensembles Here is what the result looks like image image And the bookmark to reproduce this exact plot.
