The JHUAPL-Gecko model (hospitalization forecasts only) used to be displayed as an optional model to select. The latest it was certifiably seen in the dashboard was Oct 17. It was unavailable "a week or two" after that.
An initial look indicates that this is a pipeline problem. The raw predictions_cards.rds and scores*.rds files in the S3 bucket don't contain any forecasts from this model.
The dashboard hasn't had any code changes since Oct 4 and should be immune to package updates since it runs off a static docker image. On the other hand, the pipeline runs off of dev, ~which has had many changes since mid-October.~ Just kidding, those changes have been merged into the template re-refactor branch, not into dev, so the pipeline should also not have had any code changes.
