In the "Load from Epidata API" dialog box, data source / endpoint "HealthTweets" should have its "Authorization Token" field removed.
For the "Delphi Sensors" data source / endpoint, enforce requirement of "Authorization Token" only for "granular sensors" and not for "open sensors", corresponding to whats in the server code.
this is best done after https://github.com/cmu-delphi/delphi-epidata/issues/1523 is complete and deployed
