Not able to run code using a external database #1

We tried to install this GUI but not able to launch it correctly.

We modified the configs to another server. But the code tends to connect localhost. We printed out the connection IP address from the broken code block. Inserted host name is "192.168.50.60"(server running postgresSQL) but the error message said application cannot connect host "192.168.50.37"(IP address of our laptop).

If we put this GUI to the computer running postgresSQL, this GUI activated normally.
