Compute road path for all bridges #102

Once I finish off the konigsbergr package I can run this right off the bat, since we've already figured out the right sets of keys to include & exclude.

@ERSlayton I've uploaded this as an sf object written directly out to an .rda file. You can load it up in R by running load("osmar/output_data/paths/pathway_sf.rda").

When you can, you should also create a new directory to hold any R scripts you write for building the Leaflet map and push them to this repo.
