Post summary data for routes #106

The functions for these are all finished, just need to run it once we have all the pathways we want

The summary data is now uploaded at osmar/output_data/paths/path_summary.csv to be posted onto the map page.

@scottbot will take the text files and add them to the map pages on wordpress, perhaps using a scrolling text box / iframe or the like
