start up of calibration_watcher #69

currently we're still waiting for a certain number of calibration errors in the callback on the channel

i can confirm that i am starting calibration watcher in CP2_AdaptationMode, i am bumping at start, and i am publishing the bump on /calibration/perturb, and i do not see any output from calibration watcher in stdout nor does its log get bigger.

i can't see calibration_watcher in ps aux but there are other things i can't see either so that's weird but maybe not the problem. the log file is getting created.

it's possible that i'm not using pexpect correctly to launch the process?

i can now see the log file growing, whcih i take to be fine evidence.
