Huge job: Go through the entire codebase and fix formatting errors identified by IntelliJ. #56

This is done for tetrad-lib for all packages but search.

I went through the whole repository. Went through Javadocs and fixed errors identified by IntelliJ. Still when java docs are fun in Maven errors are produced, so in the future sometimes (perhaps on a case by case basis) someone will have to fix these.
