feat: improve design on profile sidebar #96

Problem:

With lots of columns the sidebar gets hard to understand

Ideas for improvements

[ ] Always show a tab for text columns with top values / num unique (helpful for shorter text to see if there are duplicates)
[ ] Group text columns under the same text column (maybe with actual group, or color, or something) -- needs design
[ ] Sort column profiles
