I chose to ignore:

• class inheriting from params class (see second commit for the reasoning)
• line has more than 80 characters (80 chars is pretty strict nowadays)

This one may be a false positive:

• top-scope variable being used without an explicit namespace

This one I didn't touch:

• class not documented
