I have added notepad created with python. Inbuilt modules like os, Tkinter are used in this project

saving and opening text document
increasing and decreasing font size
keyboard shortcuts like Ctrl+s for saving, Ctrl+o for opening file, Ctrl+n creating new file has been implemented
