tcp_closed error on accessing www.example.com

Hi. I'm getting tcp_closed error on ibrowse/master when accessing some websites. Is it an expected behavior? (change?) What I can observe is the following.

The error doesn't occur on previous commit (866b0ff5aca229f on Aug/15).
Some sites shows error, but some sites are not (ex. http://www.example.com shows error, but http://httpbin.org does not).

Do you have any insights on avoiding the error?
