Missing "Create backup files" in "IDE Options" pane

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to Tools->Options->IDE Options 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The "Editor Options" section does not have "Create backup files" line, but
it is documented in help file and ~py, ~ini, etc. files are still created.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PyScripter 1.9.9.2 on WinXP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.
purely cosmetic, but isn't it a bit redundant to have the word "Options" in
both parent and child menus?

Strange.  Works fine here.  Can you post a question in Google code to see if 
anyone
else has the same issue?
