Incomplete/odd skinning #260

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use "Windows Classic style" in WinXP
2. Open View->Toolbars->Customize

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The skinning for anything, but "Default" theme, looks odd. Tabs and the
Bottom with "Close" button are not skinned and look mismatched to the
selected theme.
Other controls (check boxes, drop boxes, frames) seems to be skinned correctly
The difference is less striking when using Luna themes, but is still present

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PyScripter 1.9.9.2 on WinXP

Please provide any additional information below.
All other "option" windows seems to simply use "default"(windows theme)
skin regardless the setting.

Also, some windows use Delphi's OK/Cancel buttons (with icons) and some
just the plain windows ones. May be some "unification" can be done. :-)

I will be replacing the skinning engine in the near future which will hopefully
fix
this. So I will leave this for now.

Thanks for the good news about new skinning engine. Also, may be then the skins
could
be put in separate files/directories to make the main executable smaller (I like
portable apps).
