Floating window is always on top #269

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Undock Variables window and put it outside main window
2. Undock Python Interpreter window and dock it with the variables

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect a window with the same behaviour as pyscript main window.
The floating window is set to "always on top" so it covers all other
applications. This is very annoying as I have to shut down pyscripter to
work in any other application.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9.9.3 on Windows XP

Fixed in version control. You may need to delete PyScripter.ini for this to
take effect.
