accessibility problems #278

Open pyscripter with screen reader (for example nvda, jaws etc)
Go to the tools menu, options submenu and try change somewhat...
In ide options this is not possible. The ide shortcuts is more accessible
but in summary this isn't important. These problems isn't only in
preferences. They are in all parts of the ide (todo list, code explorer).
These problems are caused by using non standart controls. The buttons arn't
biggest problem. Bigger problem are radio buttons, edit controls (labels
not spoken) and more. This was tested in latest pyscripter version with
jaws 8.0 and latest nvda snapshot.

New version of pyscripter was released and nothing changed. I currently see big
problem in ide options. Yes, unaccessible. It is very sad, becouse pyscripter is
great python ide.
