Dev Request - add definitions to imports #101

Currently import files do not include definitions.  This is very frustrating 
while editing. It would be great if these could be added. Synonyms would also 
be useful, but less important.

Done for uberon. take a look and see if it seems fine. See the makefile

 * -s - syns
 * -d - defs
 * -l - labels

We can do this on an ontology by ontology basis.
