Project: separate out developmental precursor cells from stem cell heirarchy #144

There is a common pattern in CL in which adult cell types appear to arise only 
from stem cells, often ones only found in adults. i.e. - developmental origins 
are ignored.  The whole stem/precursor cell hierarchy needs to be reviewed with 
this in mind.
