Scope of terms at least teleost. If people from other MODs can chime in to
make the definitions work for them it would be grand.

name: notochord inner cell
def: "Structural cell of notochord that contain one large fluid-filled
intracellular vacuole that occupies most of the cell volume." [PMID:23460678]
synonym: "chordocytes" EXACT []
is_a: structural cell
relationship: part_of ! notochord

name: notochord outer sheath cell
def: "Cells that form an epithelial-like sheath around the vacuolated inner
notochord cells. Outer cells secrete a thick extracellular perinotochordal
basement membrane." [PMID:23460678]
synonym: "chordoblast" EXACT []
synonym: "notochord sheath cell" RELATED []
is_a: epithelial cell
relationship: part_of ! notochord

Looks like [Term]
id: CL:0007007
name: notochordal sheath cell
and
id: CL:0007008
name: notochordal vacuole cell
namespace: cell
synonym: "chordoblast" EXACT [PMID:14574572]
work for this request except the synonyms don't match.

Throughout the egg and early yolk-sac stages until
approximately 630 d, the notochord was unsegmented
and had a uniform sheath of even thickness, encasing a
chordoblast layer and a core of vacuolated chordocytes.
At this stage the chordoblasts were characterised by a
long, thin, elliptical, foot-like basal part connected to the
basement membrane. The chordoblast feet were uniformly
aligned with the cranio-caudal axis, thus defining a
distinct cell polarity (Figs. 1A, 2).

Thus it looks like the unvacuolated cells are called chordoblast and the
vacuolated cells are called chordoblast so we might need a 3 cell type to
represent the development of unvacuolated cells to vacuolated cells
