Using the acronym OFOC for our mailing-lists is not desirable. Carlo will 
ensure those are renamed as obo-foundry-editorial-working-group, 
obo-foundry-technical-working-group, obo-foundry-outreach-working-group
Carlo will also ensure that members of the OBO operations committee are 
managers/owners of the mailing-lists

Steps:
How do I change my group's information? 
To change your group's information, start by clicking on the "Group 
settings" link on your group's homepage, then on the "General" tab. 
Next, click on the "Edit" button. On the following page, you can 
update your group name, email address, description, and public 
website. Click "Save Changes" and you're done!

Well the technical group has been changed already.
Can somebody send invitation (point to the google groups page) for the
other two?

(also need to updates the groups wiki pages accordingly)

You will need to get manager/owner privileges from Ramona. For the technical 
group, I set all the group members as owner so I'd suggest doing the same for 
other lists, as it will allow redundancy in management.

I am working on changing the names. Melanie, did you change the email address 
to be the same as the name (e.g., 
obo-foundry-technical-working-group@google.groups.com)? Seems like kind of a 
long email address. 

Will also make committee members owners and update wiki pages.

Yes I did change the name too - there was mention during our technical call 
that it was kind of long, but someone (I believe Alan?) said there was 
auto-completion anyway.

I did add a subject heading for posts, and shortened it there, using 
[obo-foundry-twg]

I fixed the editorial working group. It is now called 
obo-foundry-editorial-working-group, with the url 
https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!forum/obo-foundry-editorial-working
-group and email address obo-foundry-editorial-working-group@googlegroups.com.

I made Darren, Philippe, Colin, Ramona, Janna, and Bjoern owners of the list, 
based on attendance at our last meeting. If anyone else would like to be a 
member of this working group and an owner of the google group, please let me 
know.

I will fix the wiki page too.
