The anatomical structure that you are requesting a term for, "Renal Medulla Thick Ascending Limb", appears to be represented by MA:0002628 "distal straight tubule premacula segment". (See notes attached for previous term request.) I have already identified some ontological issues that need to be addressed, but don't feel that these will signifcantly affect the formal definition for this term.
