If a DBSequence element in an mzIdentML file contains the actual sequence of
amino acids (or nucleic acids) using the <Seq> tag, PRIDE Inspector throws a
NotSerializableException exception. See attached stack trace. This seems to
happen for every DBSequence element with a <Seq> tag.
Removing the <Seq> tags solves the problem, but this of course also removes the
sequence.
