Upgrade from Kilo to Newton version #10

close #9. Next I will fix fabfile andAnsible-playbook to support Newton version.

The changes to the fabfile will likely be limited to the paths I would venture. As far as Ansible is concerned, my hope is that you will only need to change the repository that we are pulling OpenStack from to be Newton instead of Kilo ( see elijah-openstack/ansible/roles/openstack-common/tasks/main.yml)
