Removed unnecessary shinxbase in package config #351

SphinxBase is still included in package config file. Removed it.

Also cleaned up attempts of backspaces in README.md

Also, regarding "Not certain about Mac OS X because I don't have one of those." part. I confirmed there is no build issue with MacOS with current CMAKE configuration.
