Backend:

endpoint that accepts post from javascript containing taco info
then constructs CSV
Renders some html with the CSV file in an tag

ALGO: Step 1: Endpoint that returns number of days since last pay period Step 2: Endpoint to accept taco state from frontend Step 3: Create CSV with taco state Step 4: Render the taco state in a browser Step 5: Mapping to associate slack username with CSV file name
