Re-enables sending job logs via GH Check Run notifications.
(Although https://github.com/brigadecore/brigade-github-app/issues/36 isn't fixed yet, we have confirmation that the job log length is back to a reasonable size as of https://github.com/cnabio/cnab-go/pull/164
