Bug: Do not use parameter name as parameter type name #816

According to the following line: https://github.com/deislabs/duffle/blob/f543db199e2f0f6d96472ec8084cfdcc8a26ff4f/cmd/duffle/install.go#L202 duffle resolves parameter definition using parameter name, instead of resolving parameter then use its type name.
