Rename master to main #87

This is failing because it is using the now unsupported method for setting environment variables in GH actions.

This is failing because it is using the now unsupported method for setting environment variables in GH actions.

My PR https://github.com/cnabio/signy/pull/89 fixes this issue as well, so after that's approved you'll be able to get this in.
