Hang on world load #9

With PurpleIRC-1.9-1.0-9/11/8 and Forge 12.16.1.1907, the game gets stuck on "building terrain" when loading a single-player world. It also appears to trigger a NPE in Enchiridion. Logs for builds 9 and 11, with and without Enchiridion

The world loads fine with no mods or with only Enchiridion

Please enable debug mode in the PurpleIRC config.yml and restart the game. Send me the debug logs.

Here you go. I only tested build 11 on its own, tell me if you need more.
