(Request) FoundDiamonds hook and OreBroadcast fix #25

Hello cnaude, I'd like to have this plugin https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/founddiamonds to hook with PurpleIRC so as to have minerales notices displayed on IRC.

Also, regarding OreBroadcast, I guess the issue was kind of rewrote in this site where I took it: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/orebroadcast.16879/ so it would be good to fix OreBroadcast and to add FoundDiamonds for more options.
