Hey, Would it be possible to add a configuration option to ignore certain IRC users from the chat relay?

The reason I'm requesting this feature is because we have certain IRC bots that I don't want relayed to in-game chat.

Each channel has the option to ignore users. Just add them to the "muted:" list.
