Proposal for exp handling #18

Scavenger have - scavenger.exp permission, with which players able to save all exp after death. But maybe you can add some formulas under this function? Example (what must happens with exp after death): SaveExp: 70% DropExp: 15% DissapearExp: 15%

Please, tell me, did the all next updates will be compatible with spigot 1.8.8 ??

Yes I am planning to make the next update backwards compatible.
