Error with WG 7 #33

I'm using WorldGuard 7 and Scavenger on 1.13. Without WG scavenger is working well but if I installing WG, Scavenger doesn't work. "[Scavenger] Invalid version of WorldGuard detected. Please use 6.0.0 or newer". But WG has 7th version already. How to fix it?
