Hyphen as first char in slug, if title's first chars are untransliteratable #12

If we create a post with a title like "Привет world", the post is saved with slug "-world" (a hyphen at the beginning)

Doesn't happen with a title like "Hey Привет" (slug is "hey", no hyphen at the end)

This also happens with GetSimple itself (tested with 3.1.2), as NM uses the same way to create slugs.

For now I'll leave it like it is. It doesn't break anything.
