custom sitemap priority #266

Currently both posts and tag pages have a hardcoded priority of 0.5.

Google: Priority & Change Frequency In Sitemap Doesn't Play Much Of A Role

Though it's easy to add some gsconfig setting, I think I won't do anything about this unless there's a demand.
