date/time picker #270

Add a date/time picker to the edit post page. Include xdsoft's jquery datetimepicker (https://github.com/xdan/datetimepicker)

(So, the News Manager DateTimePicker plugin will no longer be required for this.)

Date/time validation will now be disabled by default.
