Optimization: read post file only once (full post page) #38

The post data xml file could be read before rendering anything in the frontend (fulll post view, post=slug) and stored in a global variable. That global could then be used in:

function nm_show_post

For now, only store the post title in new var $NMPOSTTITLE Reuse in function _nm_posttitle 44c074ffa419ade77089343b169aba81bc2185b4
