What this PR does / why we need it:

Changes to modify cluster to support new deploy step

Removes falco manifests from Flux so they are not deployed 24/7
Rename falco node to benchmark and add new label node-role.kubernetes.io/benchmark: true
Remove sub_components as currently pipeline fails due to missing node labels
