Let's open up nominations in September, close end of November.

Schedule

September 21	Awards announcement
September 21 - October 19	Nominations Open
November 1 - November 15	Voting
Dec 11-13	Announcement of Results at KubeCon/CloudNativeCon

I thought top end user won't be awarded again until Barcelona.
