The Cartografos working group aims to provide tools to help adopters and end-users to navigate the CNCF landscape and the wider cloud native ecosystem.
As discussed in the following text and pr #54, the use of centralization and decentralization needs to be clarified, particularly through the lenses of the 4 key areas.
Agree that this is a little confusing, but I think they do mean it to be "centralization" around the multi-disciplinary team coming together and pushing ideas forward together under the center of excellence.
The section just above this one says:
People Overview
"The team’s competency is growing and there is commitment from Dev, Ops and security. You are formalizing expertise around a cloud native center of excellence..."
